The other day my printer broke down and now my Norton Antivirus runs out tonight. Does anyone know of a reliable free antivirus? I am thinking of just unhooking this thing, it is costing me a fortune.

I am totally discouraged.

Cindy, do I need to download it every 60 days to keep it free? Also do I 'open' the file or 'save' it to my computer? So many questions, so little time. smile

Nope.

I always save to "Desktop"...then open it from there.

Why???
Does it tell you anything?
I've never had a problem with Avast...I have it on both my computers.

I use AVG and it works really well too if you cannot get the other to work.
