OP hisgal2 Member Joined: Feb 2004 18626	Anyone watch the opening ceremonies lastnight??? I thought the coreography for the people forming the skier was absolutely amazing!!! Anyways, I'm watching the women's hockey game with Canada against Italy...I feel sooooo badly for Italy!! They lost 16-0. I wish Canada would have at least let them have one goal!!!

I don't skate and wished I did We also had a local skier go to the olympics too, she came in 11th..for the life of me, I can't remember her name as of this typing, drain~brain but they were all whooopin' and hollerin' for her in Ellicotville last night!!!

OP hisgal2 Member Joined: Feb 2004 18626	We also have a local girl in the olympics....can't remember what even she does though. I'm going to have to look it up. We've had quite a few olympians from our one school disrict. I think this girl is #5 or 6 to go.

Triss Member Joined: Aug 2004 Washington, the state that is....	We are watching. I really enjoy most of the winter sports. Patrick stayed up last night to watch the speed skating. He thought that was really cool!

The other girls' name was Jenifer Vogtili or something like that... they talk so fast I didnt' realize there was two of them... Poor Michelle Kwan dropped out...... what a shame for her... but, I'm sure the one that replaced her is in for the thrill of a lifetime!!!
