Cute tail!
I love the feel of the fun fur. I didnt know it pulled out so easily. Now I do.
Makes for a very soft scarf

Wrennie - I LOVE LOVE LOVE your scarves - saw your purple one too!

I also made several fun fur scarves 2 winters ago - used it alone, and they were ultra soft. I never noticed any of the pieces pulling out either - I wonder if they've changed the way it's being manufactured? This skein definitely pulls out with ease, so I won't use it for babies anymore.

Here are 2 scarves I had made from fun fur alone:

Hey Penny - did you ever get the cleome seeds?

I might be able to send your certain daughter the pink one, if mine doesn't wear it - she's had it over a year, and never ever wore it! shk frown And... she wanted me to make it!

The purple one was crocheted this tan/neutral is knit. The yarn is the fur and 'dot' yarn in one. I like the way it lays much better in knit.

Those all fur look soooo soft. Pretty!

I crocheted one of the bunnies using single crochet. It turned out GREAT! I'll put some pictures of it on later. I am knitting some other ones now.

Jiffy - it's never too late - am PMing you now!

Thorny - can't wait to see it!!!
I gave our great niece the one I made last night.
My SIL and the baby's mother thought I should sell them - it's too bad one has to get permission from the pattern person to be able to do that - I might try and email her, if I can find a place to sell.

Just curious... if you were to sell them, how much would you charge?

Just finished another bunny.
Since it's wintertime, I thought it needed a fun fur scarf - what fun! thumbup

Lynne!

I absolutely love that bunny! How did you sew it all together???

I am NOT a knitter...but I can sew...maybe I can get my mom to knit one for me.

Is there any knitted bunny dishcloths?

Lynne,

Adorable! Thanks so much! It might be something my mom can try! As you know my dad isn't well and my mom is at home 24/7 and she needs some things to keep her busy! I'm going to print off the directions and give her some yarn and ask her to make one for my kid's Christmas stockings! It will give her something to do....and a sense of doing something for the kids.

I agree with you, Barb, and think that's a great idea!
Were you able to access the pattern ok?
I sent it to another friend who is new to all things computerized, and I noticed that we have to sign in now, before getting the patterns?

The bunnies are so cute! I love the scarves also! How pretty! If I knew how to knit I would probably make myself one in every color! laugh thumbup Knitting is something that I would like to learn. I used to knit with my grandma when I was a kid but have forgotten how to do it and my grandma is no longer around. I will have to learn somehow!

plantqueen - I have posted links to websites that helped refresh my memory on how to knit. I took it up again 2 years ago, after not having done anything since I was a teen - some 30 years ago!!!

If you do a search for knitting, you might find that thread. Otherwise I can look when I have more time.
