Well, I'm burning the midnight oil here! We have another bad storm system moving in really quick. Last night, we got a large amount of rain which flooded my garden beds and my yard feels like a wet sponge. Now we have tornado and thundertorm watches and warnings so it's going to be another rough night. Two people were killed in Missouri earlier tonight when a tornado hit. Right now, I'm just waiting for the warnings to expire.

Patches, keep safe. I'm sorry about the damage to your gardens. The weather everywhere seems so out of whack. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers, keep us posted.

Those were some BAD storms...I've been watching it on the weather channel all morning, because the ones that went through Missouri are headed for us today...damaging winds and large hail with tornados. It's beautiful here right now, but I'm watching that line on the Weather Channel move closer and closer.....

There was nickel to baseball sized hail in Tulsa last night, but we didn'tget any, and I am about 20 miles away.

Yeah My son is in oklahoma and had some severe tornado warnings too... I hope everyone stays safe this season..

We're supposed to get the brunt of the storms between 9pm and 1am tonight....they issued a severe t-storm watch this morning...as long as there are no tornados I'll be okay....

Yep, we do get them rarely..even here with the mountains to protect us...

Today a box went out in the mail for you. That should cheer you up later this week.

they're calling for us to get some thunder/lightning storms. We haven't gotten those in a LONG time! I've almost forgot what it's like to have them! I hope everyone around and in the path of the tornados and severe storms stay safe!

I am so anxious to get started on my worm bin and I just hope I do everything right. I read "The Burrow" last night and I think that's where I learned they really like cardboard. OH, I can't wait.

I'm glad the tornados missed us too, but I've heard many were not so lucky.
