I kinda experimented with all things possible to remove a stubborn wart from my right arm.

i've tried pumice stone, the remover and even duct tape treatment.

but somehow, i didn't know what got into me, but i soaked a piece of cotton gauge into apple cider vinegar and placed it on the wart...

guess what?

the lump is gone now...and i hope for good!

I assume the wart did't just go away as soon as you did that! Duh (?)
I'm guessing that you taped the vinegar-soaked gauze onto your arm, huh?
How long did it take for the wart to go away?
My 6 year old Grand daughter has a few warts but doesn't want them frozen off (again), cuz she says it hurts! thumbup
Thanx

i had a wart that i could not get rid of as well. i had to attend a wedding and had put on some decorative bandaide. i did put the glue side on. deciding that i also would wear on while i waitressed as well (because they were so cute, little penguins and such), with in a couple of weeks the bandaid had pulled the roots of the wart right out.
good luck,
rhonda

Here are a bunch of home remedies for warts. I haven't tried them because I am wartless at the time, but please let me know if any work because my aunt has one and won't try the suggestions I have given her... wink

i had a few warts on my fingers for years and years. tried a few of the otc treatments, even precription acid treatemnt and some of the home remedies. nothing worked.

then, when i got a cat, i was making a sandwich (pb n j) and she wanted to see what i was doing and have a taste. well, some of the jelly was on my fingers so i let her lick it off...lo and behold, within a couple of weeks, all those warts were gone!!!

sounds completely bizare, i know! it's a true story, tho!!

i think cutting off the air kills it ?

If you are considering the banana skin method, then you need to know a few more details.
use only the area of the banana skin thats turned black, turn this so the pith side is in contact with the wart and then gently rub. You need to do this every day, it takes 2-4 weeks.
Hope this is of some use.

i had warts for a long time...since i was about 11. when i got older and moved out on my own, i got a cat.

one day, i was making a pb&j sandwich and some of the jelly fell out of the sandwich onto the plate, i scooped it up with my finger and was going to lick it off...the cat came over and wanted to see what was on my finger.

i let her taste it (she liked it wink ) and within a month the warts that were there had disappeared.

i had some on another spot on my hand, so i put some more jelly on it and had the cat lick it off...voila! warts disappeared.

it's been 20 years and they've never come back.
