Let me echo the postive commnts above. Am totally brown-thumbed when it comes to gardening. Have learned much fom browsing this site and even manageed to send my first offering--red sedum--to seed exchange.

Hi I am new. This is my first time on this site and I have fallen in love with it. I just recently got a purple passion plant from a friend. In the past I have been terrible at raising plants but this purple passion has been growing wonderfully. I am absolutly in love with this plant

Question about this? If we are hotlinking to our own personal site is that still not oK? I run web hosting so I am not limited on my bandwith. But if its not ok, I sure wont do it! I dont post alot of pics anyway, I was just wondering when I have a question about my garden and I am able to up a pic.

Are you talking about the picture under your name?
(Mine has a WANTED poster...)
We call it an avatar.
To add one, simply click on the "profile/messages" icon at the top of this page.

On the page it takes you to, click the "Edit Profile" link.

Scroll down that page until you see "Avatar Image" .
..then to the right of that you will see "Select a Different Avatar Image" . Click that.
A new page will pop up that has images you can choose from.
When you click on the image you want, make sure you click the "Select This Avatar" button before closing that page.

Then, make sure you scroll down on your profile page and click the "Update Profile" button.
