I will be moving to a new home with a BARE lot soon. I put in all the gardens at this current house, and will be taking some things with me due to sentimental value, but I also would like opinions on some other things...

Here is what it looked like before the front bed was added...

This is the first tree ring from another angle, and part of the front bed.

I would love to, but...

I'm leaning towards taking out both tree rings and the front bed.

What do you all think?

Pretty house, Sarah. And lot's of work and love went into it.
The raised beds; what will hold them together when you remove the bricks? I'm thinking like a buyer right now and I would really want them to stay.
If a gardener buys it, they would probably work with you on what to do. That's how most of we gardeners are. If a non-gardener buys, they might work with you as well to get rid of the high-maintenance plantings in favor of low-maintenance replacements. (that is the way my old man would go)
I'm wishing all of the best for you.

I would only be taking the bricks if I remove the bed and return it to lawn. The foundation bed and bricks would stay...

I see what you mean, but in Oregon if it's in the ground when you list, it has to stay, unless you specifically exclude it...and every time I've tried that, it just makes people want it more.

Better to remove before they ever see it and begin to think of it as "their's".

Wow, Sarah!

You have so much work to do.
I would love to live closer to help you out, well I'd love to see your garden in person! lala lala lala

It would be wonderful if the buyers are gardeners, then maybe you could visit your plants and see what they've done.
How close will your new house be to the house you have now?

About 5 blocks or so...

I'm not sure I ever want to see my gardens again. I think it would break my heart if they were not cared for and allowed to get choked out with weeds. ters
