Okay, I need some help here...I have decided to put some of my plants in the yard sale tomorrow ters I have 2 very large Peace lily's...they are not quite shoulder high from the floor (that is pot & all) and they are in big pots. I also have an airplane plant (spider plant) that is really big with a ton of baby shoots off of it. What should I charge for them? I don't have a clue how to price plants! I am also going to take some of the babies off my airplane plant and stick them in some babyfood containers and sell them for .25 each...I just don't have a clue what to charge for the big guys!

Vanessa you know these plants are not cheap at a store I would ask $30.00 for the Peace lillies and probably $25.00 for the airplane plant if you see thats too much you can always come down. Just don't ask them to make an offer unless you want to be insulted last time we did that we were ask to take $0.50 cents for a 16 foot folding ladder. I still have the ladder laugh

wink Bless your heart Vanessa.I'm feelin' your pain.

Your plants sound wonderful, and I agree with Jimmy.
That is a very reasonable price(a steal).
May I make a suggestion?

Next to the price, write "firm."On the last day of your sale ,if they are not gone, put a slash mark through it.
I wouldn't take any less than 5 dollars off.
That really is a good deal for such large plants.

We are.....aren't we? Duh nutz

You have my address...right?
My money is on the way to you already.

I tell ya what...a stamp is the best deal in town!
I mean, I can put something in an envelope, put a measley 37 cent stamp on it, walk out to the mailbox and put the flag up and some guy stops and picks it up and takes it across the country for me...for just 37 cents!

You can't beat that at Wal-Mart!
