Tammy I am always willing to share but I tend to go overboard just don't want people to get tired of looking at my flowers. Hope you had a good night's rest . Have a great day. Need to make my weekly call to my mother.

I second lynne and triss. Really great pictures and I like the butterfly sitting on the flower. I think that is the best picture of liriope that I have seen. Thank you for sharing them I love pictures.

Jimmy what beauty you have there to enjoy! Wow I am so envious. I saw a picture of some beautiful baby blue hibiscus I book marked the page for next year ordering. Are the yellow hardy? I want some but am thinking those may be the tropical type. I have a beautiful coral one on the front porch, but its tropical. Is the orange one pictured there a tropical? I have been scanning my tropical for seeds but no luck yet. clp

Thanks Triss and Karrie for the kind words. Karrie the Carolina Breeze is Tropical , The Manhots are supposed to be hardy to zone 7 if I remember right. I will have some seeds later of the Manhot if you would care for some. These plants are 4 ft. tall and as you can see are so bloom heavy the plant is bending. You most likely wont get any seeds off your Tropical. They take longer growing seasons then you have in Indiana. Or We have in North Texas. Mine have never made seed pods and this one is about 3 years old.

Glad you all liked them.

I would love seeds Jimmy! Thank you! I love orange and yellow flowers, they are by all means my favorite! I got quite a few seeds yesterday from he pink and white. This is my first time planting hibiscus, do you have any advice or suggestions for planting the seeds? I am clueless as to plant them spring or fall. I spent most of yesterday looking for information on them. I had never seen yellow until a few days ago saw some on google search, figured they were tropical also saw some beautiful blue ones, still trying to figure out if they are tropical or hardy. These were my husbands grandfathers favorite flowers. Also the last thing he got to plant before he passed away. I am so happy he got to see them bloom before he passed away. Mine are seeds from his plants. I hope to establish them well and maybe some day my kids will plant their seeds as well! smile

I am waiting to see what all I have before I post my list also. Kerrie will be glad to send you some seed. also ging to have Orange (or gold) Cannas stand about 4 ft tall. Collecting rysomes now sending my sister about 50 as well as lynne wants some and Trish wants about 4 will send her 8. Will have around 100 in all that is just a guess. The miniature yellow and red snapdragons are starting to bloom woohoo. It's a little early for them but I'm glad they are trying. I wonder if I should fertilize for more blooms or wait until it is actually fall? Do you have any thoughts on the subject.
