It has been a long time since I have had time to spend in here. 17 months volunteering with the Fire Department, involving enough traing to receive the award for the Firefighter having received the most training in the last year. Now I have to transplant it to the new place, but it lived throught the winter in the ground!

Welcome back Lefse!!! I know we never really talked much, but I always enjoyed you being here......It'll be so great starting over with a fresh place to landscape--and how great that the gunnera made it!

Congrats on the award, sounds like you have been super busy! Firefighting is such a brave, heroic position......I really admire all the firefighters that volunteer where I live, and I'm sure many people admire you too.

Will you have more time to be back here now?

Will it be strange moving in town from where you were living?
(*I still have a hard time sometimes with alllll the people and trucks, and visitors..*)
But it can be good too...

hey lefse welcome home! we missed ya, don't bug out on us again, ok?

Should have time to let you know what is happening at the new homesite. We're supposed to sign papers on Wednesday (our 20th anniversary) and move in on the weekend. I need some "before" pictures. There is this really long block wall on one side with Barberry plants alternating with pine shrubs all the way down. They have to go. :rolleyes: I'll get a shot of the Gunnera before I tranplant it.

her landscaped fence area..
I can't stand those things...

We decided to put an ad on a local radio
"Tradio" show...*trading on the radio*

We put "you dig, you can have"

I am looking forward to seeing those!!!!
