OP kevin917z Junior Member K Joined: Apr 2003 southeast kansas	i got a bunch a "soil" that i hauled into my garden to make a raised bed, this "soil" was a pile of shredded mulch or sticks that rotted for 20 years, and now looks like potting soil is this too much organic stuff for potatoes even though its just rotted sticks? i just wondered if it could cause potato scabs?
