Greetings from RI!
I am a fairly new gardener who got a "total immersion" gardening experience when we rented our present home (3 years ago now). There were lots of "vintage" perennial
plants to play with here--most of them languishing in tangled, weedy, overgrown beds. Also, lots of poison ivy and lots of mature
trees shading the sunlovers. I was quite overwhelmed, at first.
Since that time, I've been reading, experimenting, and generally playing around with the landscape with mixed success. I have become addicted to the joys and agony of making things grow (or making things die, as it sometimes turns out!).
I look forward to gaining insight and sharing experiences with all here who love to play in the dirt! I already have found and am enjoying the desktop wallpaper pics.
Thanks!
