I know it's a little early for places to be putting out their spring catalogues...but I'm dying to know everyone's fave catalogue! Can everyone give me at least one fave that I can send away for?? Being in Canada I'd prefer for them to be in Canada as well...but let's just post them and see what we get! I'd prefer a mailing address or link..and if there is a charge or if it's free!
I'll go first...this is my fave lily place. They have an on-line catalogue and one that you can mail away for that is $2!

These are just 2 of the magazines I used to get, well,
I still get these two,
but had to cancel way too many of the
other ones,
Low $$, I hate when that happens!!

How many more do you want?

I like certain ones for certain things.....
And there were two in Canada I liked too,
I'll dig them out and send them to you!!!

Ooh, almost forgot my favoritest tool catalog,

Hmmm...I think I need to get more specific as I think it's really the perennial catalouges I'm looking for and given the high exchange rate I'm just going to ask the Canadian group here if they have any faves. One of my faves is:

www.springgardencanada.com

They send out a spring and fall catalouge each year filled with goodies! I'm kind of looking for something along these lines...any takers?!?!

I received a new gardening magazine yesterday called Garden Gate...was full of info and no ads...although I don't mind the ads. Most of the ads in my other mags are garden related so they can be helpful....OH, I guess the question here was about catalogs....oh well..... Duh

Ciao campers,

I can personally vouch for both Lee Valley and Richters..I've been to both places, they're not far from me. Richters is mainly herbs and Lee Valley also has a decent book supply on all sorts of gardening topics if you need any references.

I also get catalogues from www.terraedibles.ca; www.dominion-seed-house.com; www.mailordergarden.com; oscseeds.com; www.saltspringseeds.com

American sites I like are www.cooksgarden.com; www.reneesgarden.com; www.johnnyseeds.com; www.thompson-morgan.com; www.tomatofest.com

All of the American sites listed ship seeds to Canada. They won't ship seed potatoes and a few other things, however. Tomatofest is the best site I've seen on the web for heirloom tomatoes.

Good luck !!

Cheers,
Julianna
