I guess many of you have noticed in the short time I have been here that I sometimes do have the 'gift of gab'. (Sorry) LOL! Well yesterday we had to go the GNC for our vitaminies and as usual I am justa' blabbin' away to Honey, but he wasn't responding, so I turn around to see why, and am face to face with a 'smiling' young man whom I have never seen in my life and I see Honey all the way at the other end of the store. Oh geeze, talk about being embarrassed all over the place! Keep smilin', ya'll. Sue Z

Oh Catlover, it was sooooo embarrassing, as I was telling him I wish there was a magic vitamin that would make my big butt go away ... "POOF" I said) No, Honey wasn't watching but he sure laughed his arse off when I 'ran' over there to tell him about it.

Sue Z, I guess many of you have noticed in the short time I have been here that I sometimes do have the 'gift of gab'. (Sorry) LOL! We call that "Getting a Good Case of the I do that when I'm talking with my husband on the cell phones, he calls home before he comes, and I'm talking away, and I'll be asking him questions about dinner, what time, blah, blah, etc... and next thing I know the phone is back ringing in my ear again!!! All the time I thought I was talking to him and waiting for his imput and offering others suggestions, and no response, and then he calls me back and says he lost signal!!! Oh, yeah, sure you did!! I kid him!!! Weezie

Oh my!!! What a great laugh! "Poof!" Bwahahaaa!!!
I've got a good one that might make you feel better... pardon the slightly naughty content...
My DH LOVED to try to get a rise out of me... he'd make jokes that were silly, funny and often slightly embarassing. Karma got him one day.
We're walking around Cost Plus doing a bit of Christmas shopping. He's wandering around singing Christmas carols but the twisted kind... the wrong words. You know what I mean. I'm telling him someone's gonna hear him and stop it, he's embarassing me, blahddy blah.
So nice and clear he sings "Jack's nuts roasting on an open fire..." He turns around and he's face to face with some lady... At this point, I can't contain myself. Serves him right!

Nothing like that has happend to me. When my other half and I are walking around the mall or wal-mart, I have a bad habbit of stopping to look at somthing. Robby wont notice and keeps walking!! 20mins later he notices that I'm missing! Some one else ( who shall not be named) has a bad habbit of when shopping for groceries, bending over, cutting the cheese, then looks at me like I did it! Gdaughter.

LMAO!!!! OMG this is soooo me! We used to joke about it a lot. The truth is that DH's voice was at a pitch that I didn't always hear very well. So I'd see something and turn to him to tell him I was walking that way. He wouldn't hear me but off I'd walk anyway. Then he'd call my name and I wouldn't hear him!!!!
I used to say that it was because, when I saw something I wanted to get a look at, my brain would go, "Shiny....." and I'd wander off. LOL!!! When we got cell phones, he'd call me from 10 feet away to tell me I wandered off again.

Ooo, gosh! I forgot that I have actually done something else pretty stupid... or I tried to forget! I was standing in the line to get back into an amphitheater at a Rush concert... thought DH was right behind my right shoulder... after a few steps, I reached behind me to grab his hand.... Well.....wasn't his hand! Was definately the hand of someone much taller, much hairier and much uglier.
