Very cute, there's a ceramic turtle planter in the Sears catalogue that I want. I just have to find a place to put it before I order it. I want to fill inside the shell with hens and chicks.

Oh, that would look nice - speaking of turtles, I got a cute one at a yard sale a few weeks ago - it's sitting on the soil of one of my plants in the office window.

We can't keep much here in the apartment - our cat, Skitter knocks everything to the floor if she happens to want to sit there.

She has commandeered the whole window sill - I haven't the heart to take it away - last year I kept my stuff on 'my side' of the window but this year we have a shelf over the air conditioner for her - she needs 'my side' for a launching pad.

We'll get around this somehow.
