it is STILL raining in TX.I'd say my watering need under flood watch is "0"
I pulled weeds yesterday.were real easy to pull.weeded all around pond area& down 300 ft fence line.I've had enough rain to see growth daily on plants.
I don't think we will have a fire ban this 4th july.
UPS is reschedualed for the 28th to deliver fathers day package.they couldn't get up my hill& guess MEN don't think about carrying a 6lb package a few steps on up my hill to me.I'm glad its not plants Duh guess I need to find a board& some paint and post"UPS use left side"he left the right side a mess, will have to dry before can fix that crap.guess he didn't notice all the tire tracks going up the left side huh.I need an orange cone for rain days.LOL

We've had nearly 7 inches this month & I feel like I'm gonna float away! I don't know what we'd do with 14! We have nearly 2 acres, so we haven't had time to mow between anything. It just keeps raining! frown And, yep, supposed to rain here until July 5...man! And, what sucks even more about it is not only am I not accomplishing anything outside and trying to go back to work, but the weekend of the Fourth, we (my husband is in a band named NoneTheLess) have 3 shows to do in 3 days & 2 of them are outside ters So, looks like a lot of computer time coming up, LOL smile

Well, no rain, yet, today...but we're supposed to get it this evening. I was cutting down a tree today (small tree) and got stabbed by this huge thorn, OUCH! Wanted to get a little done before the rain moved in. I'm originally from Orange, Texas. My son was born in Port Arthur.

I'm where it says Texarkana (corner of Texas, Arkanas & Louisiana.

Iowa,
Find a liquid fertilizer with a high middle number..
That will help your plant to blossom and produce fruit and will help the roots get stronger to feed more fruit!!!

Even with the low temp's, this will help..

I use Shultz Plus 10~60~10 as a liquid I pour over my plants and Spray~n~Grow as a foliar spray.

But, any should do fine!

Here's what's happening in my neck of the woods...

These are my NEIGHBOR'S trees, and they all fell into my yard. Destroyed the fence and a lot of my plants, but missed all the vehicles and house! The tree in the last photo is covering one of my prettiest gardens, and the pet cemetery.

No, these were the "Good Neighbors"!
Best next-door neighbors anyone could ask for!

We've been having a lot of "freak" storms here the past few weeks. Guess it's my own bad fault, since I seem to be a FREAK MAGNET!
