Welcome to the site. I'm a novice, too, but have learned a lot in the little time I have been here. There are lots of knowledgable people here.

Hi wavey , I've done that a lot back when I first started gardening--buying things from walmart without labels that is.....my biggest peeve is when the have about 20 different types of tropical plants, and they all just say tropical instead of the name......drives me nuts.....lol

Google is great isn't it? That's how I originally found my way here.......so glad you found us and feel free to babble away, almost all of us do.... laugh

I'm a huge fan of the Walmart flowers myself so I've bought a few "mystery" plants there also! I also enjoy babbling...especially to myself. lol. Hope you enjoy the site.
