OP Henry Junior Member H Joined: Sep 2002 Lancaster, Ca.	I'd like to know if cyclamens will tolerate temperatures in zone 8? Would a covering of dead leaves help?

Anonymous Unregistered A	Hi Henry, Although there some Cyclamen species that are native to zone 5-8 areas, most of the potted cyclamen on the market today are Cyclamen persicum and they are from zones 9-10. Keeping them outside in zone 8 is risky, unless you know that you have a different species of cyclamen. [ September 30, 2002: Message edited by: Will Creed ]
