Flower Forum Hostess Joined: Jan 2003 Winnipeg	Generally speaking, the peel should give a little under your fingers yet still be firm enough to return to it's shape. The fruit should be easy to remove from the tree and not take a great deal of twisting and pulling. Try one...see if it's ripe enough. Good luck Barb barbsblooms@shaw.ca
