How to Plant and Grow Potatoes · Video

Planting and growing potatoes is easy and important to learn when preparing for Peak Oil.

Store the extra potatoes from the previous year in a cool dark place so they grow eyes for the next year's planting. To reduce chance of disease, plant potatoes in new organic soil if using the previous year's location. Also, use certified seed that's disease resistant.
