Salisbury Steak

• 1 (10.5 ounce) Can condensed French Onion soup
• 1 12 Pounds ground beef
12 Cup dry bread crumbs
• 1 Egg
14 Teaspoon salt
18 Teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
14 Cup ketchup
14 Cup water
• 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
12 Teaspoon mustard powder

1. In a large bowl mix together 13 cup condensed French onion soup with the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt and black pepper and shape into 6 patties.
2. Brown both sides of your patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat and then pour off any excess fat.
3. Blend the remaining soup and flour in a small bowl until smooth and then mix in ketchup, water, Worcestershire sauce and mustard powder.
4. In the skillet, pour blended liquid mixture over meat and cover, cooking for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
