Stuffed Peppers · Recipe
Ingredients:
2 large green bell peppers
3/4 lb sausage (or hamburger)
1/2 chopped onion
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tomatoes diced
1/3 cup bread crumbs or rice (we have used both)
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 cup cheese (your choice on flavor)
Directions:
• Brown meat along with onions and garlic, and drain mixture.
• Mix in all other ingredients except the cheese and saute for a few minutes to warm thoroughly.
• Remove from heat and mix in cheese.
• Fill peppers with mixture and bake at 375 for about 15 minutes.
