Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb potatoes
3 Tbsp Vegetable oil
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp pepper


Directions:
• Preheat oven to 450F.

• Wash potatoes, cut lengthwise into thin strips.

• Combine remaining ingredients in plastic bag. Put potatoes in bag; seal; shake to coat potatoes.

• Arrange potatoes in single layer on baking sheet.

• Bake until crisp and golden, about 30 minutes.
