Baked Zucchini Chips · Recipe
Ingredients
1 Large Zucchini, sliced into thin rounds
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Pink Sea Salt (or sprinkle to taste)
1 Teaspoon pepper (or sprinkle to taste)
1 Dash of Paprika (to taste)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 450°.
2. Cut a Large Zucchini into thin rounds.
3. Toss in a glass mixing bowl with all wet and dry ingredients.
4. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake in your preheated 450° oven for about 30 minutes (until crisp; times may vary since Zucchini's are a very watery vegetable).
