Hello all. My loving kissies I was giving it a good watering and I noticed sudsy bubbles coming up out of the soil. Any idea what they might have added to the potting soil to cause that?

Thanks in advance! grinnnn

Kristen,
Might have been if the soil was dry and
as it took in the water real fast, the
bubbles came up???

Not totally sure...

Maybe some one else may add something????

Maybe at the grower a little detergent was added.
Soap holds moisture in soil.

Thanks, gals. It looked more like soap bubbles than just water. I repotted it in a slightly larger pot and added my normal potting soil mix. It seems to be very happy and looks great. No more suds from what I've seen, I didn't keep much of the original soil, just what was around the root ball.

Thanks for your help.
