I have noticed this week Spit on my plants?? What is it??My neighbour next door has it too.

Over here we have something called
"Spittle Bugs"...
not sure if that's exactly what is over there,
but it looks like spit and inside is it's eggs...

We have more spittle bugs than usual this year. I notice them on EVERYTHING!!
