Wow, Jimmy! Now you're rescuing plants BESIDES critters! What a guy! kissies

I always look on Walmart's "abused plant" rack, & have revived many in the past year... but that Cristmas cactus looks like it got run over by a forklift!

Jimmy - great finds!

I think the christmas cacti look great, Patty!
Not too sure about the other cacti though - hope to see pictures of their revival, Jimmy!

When I got those Christmas cactus last week I gave Diane the only whole one I took a bunch of starts that were beginning to bud just to see if I could get them to root never thinking they would bloom take a look at this
Blooming starts
I thought I read here somewhere if you even repot them while they are putting on buds they would not bloom but would drop the blooms. This is the color I gave Diane

Thanks everyone I was hopping to get them to root but the blooms are an unexpected and very welcome sight to see. Basically I just mixed some cactus soil with the Miraclegro potting soil and Pearlite. stuck them in placed on my table because I don't have room anywhere else. Also put some pink starts in with these they didn't drop the blooms but not doing near as well as this and they are in same pot.
