Ive got 30 willows coming next month, do they need stake's or not?
the reason im asking is because i read an article a few years back saying that some trees do better if there not staked at all Duh
they will come as bare rooted trees between 60 and 120 cm tall.

If it's like this....
Salix cinerea/grey willow I don't think that variety will have any problem rooting it'self properly...

Looks to be the veryy healthy kind...

Mark, trees of that size generally won't need staking, but they are closer to the 120 cm size you want to consider it if ther are windy conditions in the planting area.
