Ok Guys I need some suggestions.
I have been asked to help one of our local Cub scout dens(boys aged 8-9) do a terrarium. It will be a soda bottle terrarium and I can't figure out which would be the best plant to go with.

It has to be a fairly easy and cheap plant to get my hands on and I will need around 15 plants. They can't grow to big at first and they have to be really durable. I was leaning towards pothos or spider plants.

The whole project can't cost more than $25.00 for all 15 boys.

Any other ideas?

Are you going to buy the plants somewhere?
If you have time to get some rooted, I have some of the things on this list...

...and would be more than happy to send it to you.

Hi Cindy! WOW kissies Thanks for the offer.

I was going to try and root as many as I can. The starts don't have to be that big so I didn't think it would be that hard to start 15 or so of the spider and pothos. It will also save the Den money. They get $25 a month in dues and that is what I have to work with.

I didn't know if anyone had more idea's.
