undercover or not? - March 20th, 2006 at 06:56 AM
hello all,
in my house, everywhere,i got 50 pots of seedlings, some pots have more than one seed ;my question is the following:
wich one of those ones should i get under cover(sorry the eng. name escape me )you know when you put like a plastic or a bottle of plastic over it so it ll be warmer and helps germinate faster.and should i remove it during the day or leave it on the seeds until germinations ???
i ve sowed the following:
lupin
daysies
centaurea montana
snapdragons
**** s combs
agaphantus blue
hibiscus
dianthus
sweet william
sea holly
cosmos orange
colombine long spured mixed
celosia plumeria
nasturium
gladiolas
aster
lobelia
wonder eggs
chilian glory vine
bleeding hart(i planted it the 21 feb and they don t show their nose yet, would it be because it s too deep or because of too much water?? )
thank you very much and have a nice week !!
Franny.
