Anyone know of a website that lists plants that are trademarked and illegal to root cuttings from?

Thanks,

Tim

Tim, there is a difference between a trademarked plant and a patented plant. Registered trademarked plants can be asexually propogated, while patented plants cannot. I've never seen a website that matches your request though. Sorry.

Tim I have seen illegal to propagate from seed or cuttings on plants I have bought. Other then that like John said I don't know of a site that would tell you this. Or if there would be some reason why you can't as long as there is nothing noted on the plant you bought or were given.
