Hello everyone. I have a palm tree that had millipedes in the soil, so we transplanted it and it still hasn't perked up as much as it was before we transplanted it. I'm not sure what kind it is, it has long, thick branches with long leaves at the stop that are suppose to be pointing up not down. I would like to know if I can cut the tops and grow new leaves. Can anybody help me with this???
