Do these lillies always have to be tied up or what am I doing wrong? I have 3 different ones and they always fall over before they bloom if I don't get them tied up. Is there something I could plant in front of them? I think they would be too heavy for most plants.

Yes they are a little leggy. You can get lily stakes from garden supply stores or catalogs. They are basicly small round metal stakes with a hoop on top. Stick it in the ground next to the bulb, watch out for the actual bulb, and it will stay inside the hoop. Good luck

One thing I thought of is that they could be planted too shallow. Perhaps they aren't deep enough to hold themselves up. My asiatics are usually fine unless unusually strong winds knock em down. Just a thought idea
