We got some nice wet stormy weather today.I took advantage of the 90% chance of rain to give my plants a shower...clean the GH& re-arrange it.My ponitsettia blew off the bansiter.I got 4 stems to propagate.

1 Has anyone rooted any at near this time of year? How many days average for rooting.

2 how bout rooting in a peat/sand mix.It does well for oleander/hibiscus/mums.

I started a few last spring and they root easily. Stick the bottom one inch in well draning mix and keep moist. Doesn't take too long to start to root, a few weeks maybe I didn't really pay much attention to be honest.

I have one that I was able to get to color up! I love poinsettias, even if they don't color up. Great houseplants!
