1/4" grubs?? - May 24th, 2004 at 03:29 AM
I have what I think is a Snowball Bush (Viburnum Opulus)- it has maple-shaped leaves and white flower clusters the size of snowballs.
Problem: it has been totally decimated by MILLIONS!!!! of 1/4" long black/white/grey grubs. All that's left are the leaf veins and stalks.
Question: anyone know what these grubs are?
They are only attacking this one bush. There are rhododendrons and laurel and english ivy and hydrangea and vine maple all in contact with this shrub but they are all untouched.
