I just recently bought a dumb cane and I have noticed that the plant is producing water on its leaves almost like it is crying. does anyone know why its doing this and what I can do to stop it.

Welcome to The Garden Helper's Forum!
We are glad you found us!!!
On that note, I too have seen that, sort of, I think on my coleus's and pepper plants,
I'm hopin' someone will also come thru and give you an answer, I'd love to know too!!
You wouldn't happen to have a picture would you?

Under conditions of high internal water pressure, water is forced out of the leaves of some plants, usually accumulating at the tip. This is a natural phenomenon and causes no injury to the plant.
I got this information from The University of Georgia College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences.
Hope this Helps!
