My Crown of Thorns is finally at a good stage, but I think I need to 'form' it somehow. What is the best way to have it grow in a crown shape?

In order for you to "form" your plant into the shape that you want, prune the branches back and allow the milky sap to dry. The prunings can be used to propagate new plants. The milky sap can be irritating to the skin.
