Chili 1,2,3 - December 3rd, 2004 at 04:05 PM
With cold weather setting in, I am starting to prepare winter dishes again to heat up our cold bodies. I thought someone else might would like this recipe because of it's simplicity. My children loved it while they were growing up because they didn't like regular tomatoes in their foods. Picky eaters!
Chili 1,2,3
Chili powder
1 64 ounce container of Campbell's Tomato Juice
2 lbs. ground beef
3 cans bush light red kidney beans
Brown ground beef, strain, and add to tomato juice and kidney beans in large dutch oven. Season with chili powder to taste. Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Serve over cooked white rice and top with cheese.
