I went to the thrift store and got a REGAL, Kitchen Pro bread machine for 5 dollars. I can't wait to try it. And anyone give me some hints and tips on good recipes or any information on the bread machine itself? It didn't have it's instruction booklet with it so I'm on my own. I'm so excited. I've always wanted one.

Hi TK! Some of them make you put the ingredients in in a particular order. Mine says put all the wets, then the flour & sugar, put the salt in a corner, butter around the edges and yeast in a hole in the middle! So, you might look online and see if you can get an instruction book from the company for cheap or free.

I have a bread making machine. It is so easy and it kneads it for you.

Here is a tip for you. If you get any recipes follow the instructions as they are given:
I did not follow once although the right ingredients were in the bread making machine and it did not work out right.

Tammy, I have a bread machine.
I learned the hard way to use a little less water than a recipe calls for.
Following the recipes for basic white bread gave me heavy, moist loaves.
Also on humid days, I'd use a bit less water.
Have fun !

Tammy, Did some research and found this for you. It is the manual for your machine. IF you have any problems with it, let me know and I can do the download part and email it to you.

I have the first batch in, I will turn it into Cinnamon rolls for Breakfast.

The second batch will be bread.

I made a perfect loaf today in my bread machine.
My secret: I use one tablespoon LESS water than the recipe says.
On the other hand, maybe it's not so secret-I live near the beach. The air is usually cool and moist here.
