I used this as a 'food' in The Game Room on the ABC Foods game; so I figured I would post it grinnnn

Introduction to Opossum Pie:
This is super easy, fast, and really good. I don't know where it got it's name though!

Ingredients:

Graham cracker crust

2 - 3 oz. packages cream cheese

3/4 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup crushed pecans

1/3 cup chocolate pudding (dry)

1/4 cup vanilla pudding (dry)

2 cups cold milk

Whipped cream

Directions
Freeze crust. Mix together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread in bottom of frozen crust. Sprinkle crushed pecans over cream cheese layer. Next, mix together the chocolate pudding, vanilla pudding and the milk. Spread over the crushed pecans. Refrigerate until the pudding is set, then "frost" with the whipped cream. Enjoy!

They say that Possum is real greasy.

I was told to lay them on the rack in the oven and place a bid dishpan under them to catch the grease.

The wife has told I WILL NOT be baking any possums in the house.

But I would like to try it once. nutz

PS I would also like to try shunk once too. nutz nutz nutz

Rattler is good just too boney taste like chicken with bones like perch. Pat my wife never let me cook things in the oven ether had to fix it outside. Possem is very greasy will catch fire on the pit real fast if your not careful and the grease stinks (in my opinion)real bad. But if your hungrey enough at least you wont starve. laugh
