whats P.D.C.P? plant data collection project? sounds cool but i went there and got confused. i love the backround!

Actually I have thought that Bill is probably collecting data from all the post around the forum of various plant info and gardening tips. If he is making such a collection then we could go there and check out alot of info about one particular plant or tip we are interested in and it would all be there at one click, enstead of us having to search all the archives!! Sounds like something Bill would think of!! Anyway, that is my theory!! Probably will take awhile to get it set up, though...Does that sound like a good idea?!
