These seem to have too many in one pot - I'm going to separate one pot today. I don't usually transplant when a plant's flowering but I think these flower all the time.

Also, they seem to want water every second day - they drink a lot then limp if they don't get done.

They are primrose (primula). Obicona (something like that for the spelling) - also known as 'German Primrose'.

I thought they were geraniums when I first saw them.

Yep you're right about them being thirsty! I was afraid I was giving too much water But Nope!
They perk right back up!!
