I wrote this after my daughter lost a dear friend to suicide recently.

Suicide

No more sorrows;
Sweet peace at last,
Demon's torment ended,
All your pain is past.

No tomorrows--
Your spirit is free;
Now we're left to mourn
For what will never be.

This poem reminds me of someone I was close to...
