Well...I just had some FUN!

I was fixing to put Lola in bed and I walked over to something new I bought yesterday (a tablecloth) that she is afraid of and she flew off...went to the chair at the dining table. So, I went in there to get her and she had her back turned to me, and I bent down and it scared her again...and she bit me. Right on the lip! It is bleeding so bad I can't even tell if I need stitches or not.
I've soaked a washcloth with blood already.

Lola just flew in here and is standing on my head now crying.
She didn't mean to hurt me...and I should have known better to sneak up on her after she had just gotten so scared.

I just about have the bleeding stopped enough to put some butterflies on my lip. Man, I look like Angelina Jolie!

What happened was...
I was fixing to sit down in the floor with Lola, and I had forgotten that I had a new tablecloth laying in the chair that I had taken out of the package to look at today. I had even put Lola in her cage before I got the tablecloth out earlier because I knew it would scare her...then forgot to pick it up after I had gotten back from town. :rolleyes:
When she flew off to the chair after it scared her I walked in the room she was in and was bending down to kiss her on the head from behind, and she didn't hear me...so when I touched my lips to her head it scared her and she bit me. She immediately started crying and saying "I love you!" I felt worse for her than I did for myself.

I hated putting her to bed, because I didn't want her to think she was being punished. It was my fault, not hers.

I can understand that. I hope your lip is okay.

It will be fine in a few days...
Hopefully before I have to go to court Monday morning!

I'm back again. I went to lay down for awhile. Then got awakened by a bunch of kids stompin through the house. One of my own and two friends, but it sounded like a bunch. That's ok, I didn't really want to sleep yet. I'd miss Friday night In the coffeehouse.

Uh no, I used a bunch of Roundup though, Shhh, don't tell the organic gardeners. I couldn't accomplish much without it. I garden on acres, not beds.

Rachel said she has used Super-Glue on cuts before.
I tried it a few years ago when I cut my hand really bad but it was my right hand...and I never could get the Super-Glue where it needed to be.
I'm not too good with my left hand... :rolleyes:
So, I was trying to get the cap off with my mouth and got Super-Glue on my lip...well, a little acetone worked on that but it burned a lot.

What was I talking about, anyway?

Oh, yeah...Super-Glue on my cut...but never could get it in the right place.
Gee...it took the long way to say that, didn't it?

Bill owes me something.....

I have (in one episode) glued a phone to my hand, the phone to my ear, and my butt to the counter...on another occasion, shot it into my eye...on a third, glued my hand to my face...

Mike took it away after that. Wonder why?

Hi all, I am here but watching tonight. Mikey spiked a 103.6 fever so into the bath he went. He felt worlds better after that and actually ate. Now Charlie is screaming so I am just gonna watch ya'll have fun and throw out a comment here and there between the screams.

I was glueing something while I was talking on the phone, and mom wouldn't let me leave the kitchen while I was on the phone, so I always sat on the counter. I still don't know how I got superglue there, but I did. I'm talented...kinda like the coke on the ceiling today.

I bought Teddy this little bird in a cage that is sound activated. It just tweets and turns inside the cage. I gave it to him a few minutes ago and showed him how to clap and activate it. He's having a blast.

Not a clue...we have 10' ceilings. You almost never look that far up.

Well he wanted me to get down his big mouth billy bass thing but that drives me nuts. That's why it's "up". So I thought this might be nicer. It will go back up when I go to bed.

Evening everyone just checking to see waht is going on. Cindy glad Kitty got back he is probably sleeping. I remember in my younger single days I use to cat around all week then sleep all day on saturday and start over except we didn't call it catten around had another name for it. Bill would shot me dead if I used that word so use your immagination. Trying to watch dog show on animal planet my dogs are putting on a show of their own. Ever try to type with dogs bigger then you wanting in your lap.

One of the kids will occasionally drop a soda and put it back in the fridge to get a fresh one. I've gotten the rejects a couple of times before they had a chance to settle down. I don't have ten foot ceilings.

hey all! Back from picking up the girls from the community center - after dropping them off, had dinner with Brian and then phone call with mom - this night has just not stopped!

So, you all are gluing body parts where they don't belong, and shooting soda where IT doesn't belong, and catting around - hey JV - do you know Oliver?!? He just won't leave Salem alone! Thank goodness they are all fixed!!!

If I wasn't sooooo tired, I'd break out that new bottle of Kahlua - got a straw Cindy?

Let me just say that you can drink through a straw way faster than just out of a glass...
...which is OK for a lot of stuff like water, but might not be a good idea with Beam and pepsi.
