as he leaves for the day
no time for fun

and all the things
i've neglected to do
the day is over
but not for you
to work again

will fix all things
we'll have more money
possesions and things
tomorrow he say's
I'll kiss your face
and keep you warm
forever safe
Tomorrow he say's
I'll talk with you
and hear your dreams
and share them too
Tomorrow he say's
when were financialy secure
we'll laugh and joke
and have no fear
tomorrow he say's
when were all caught up
things will get better you
just wait and see
tomorrow came
and went away
with all the hopes of yesterdays
you can't get them back
for any amount
I'ts the time right
now that counts
tomorrow may never
come your way
open your eyes
and live for today.
