Hi, I am Lucy Lou. I found your site while searching for some information. Nice place here.
I hope to gain help and also give help. I am trained in food preservation/food safety. I volunteer at my local county extension office.
My husband usually grows a little garden spot out in back yard. This year, he has just not been interested in it.
I also like to cook, do counted cross stitch, a little quilting, playing with my grandson, flowers, oh, just a lot of things.

I did not see the cross stitch section yet, but will check it out.
Right now I have a quilt to finish for my grandson's first bday. The doctors said to not give him a blanket until he was one. So, that is my gift to him, along with a matching valance and toy box cushion. His Mommy doesn't know about any of it !
