HELP??? - June 25th, 2005 at 10:13 PM
I have had these water hyacinths for about a month now, and they are just going from bad to worse. Not growing, and just turning yellow and brown. I did have one flower the other day - YEA!!! but they are rapidly going downhill.
I have read that they don't like to be splashed on, and since they're in a small bathtub pond with a fountain in the middle, splashing is unavoidable. Are they doomed forever? Can you recommend another plant (will be annual here) that will give cover for the fish and flourish with the splashes?
Thanks!
