Can't remember how I found this site but happy - May 10th, 2005 at 04:02 AM
to join to learn.
First try was to look at the guestmap and clicked on Florida. Someone by the name of Linda mentioned a "coontee. "Have you heard of a "coontee"? I have one but have problems with the tips yellowing. What can I do with the large seed pods it produces"
Coincidence: that is the only immediate question I had. My co-workers pronounced it 'Kun ti' but I couldn't find it in any garden encyclopedia or its Latin name.
I have a small pail of them orange/red seedpods. Trying to keep them dry and free from mold till I know more about them.
Can anyone help with the name of these things?
