It only got down to 70 degrees overnight. Holy Moly!!! The NWS had originally been saying it was going to get up to 88 here today, but now there saying 90. Oh well, this is the last really hot day. Tomorrow is to be in the low 80s and then they're calling for at least 5 days in the 70s! thumbup thumbup thumbup thumbup thumbup thumbup thumbup thumbup

It's killing me...can't hardly stand to do anything outside.

They say it's gonna cool off some here soon...like that probably means October!

Our heat wave finally broke today - YIPEE!!! We were up in the high 90s with heat index between 100-115 I think one day was 116 or 117. We swapped weather with Texas here in the midwest I think! Today after a week or 2 long heat wave, we're down in the 80s...ahhhhhhhhhhhh! Weird that I think the 80s are cool laugh Weather has been weird worldwide. I have a friend in NSW Australia who's been saying their winter has been warmer than usual, and weird too. Hmmmm...global warming? return of the ice age? Who knows...I'm just so glad I could get out and MOW today! Course my weed wacker crapped out on me frown Can I say crapped out? laugh

It hit 100 yesterday in Nasdhville, TN but we've had thunderstorms today. Dropped the temp a lot but the humidity went up so high it was just as bad as yesterday or maybe even worse.

Yeap the thunderstorms hit us just a little while ago. Hopefully that will make tomorrow better. At least I always get a lot of moss roses blooming the day after a thunderstorm. Not sure how that works lol.
