Is there a water lily that will grow at the bottom of a pond and grow to the pebbles in the bottom without soil.

ladybob Welcome!
I have only grown waterlilies in soil but I have been reading about some experimenting with soiless potting. They are using coco fiber to pot in with great success. Now I have had several lilies out grow their pots and run the bottom of the pond into some gravel with no ill effects. They just kept on growing and blooming. The only problem I would see is fertilizing them.
